Delete your Ifood account

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to ibepeterclaver@yahoo.com from the email address registered on your Ifood account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my Ifood account.
3. Include the phone number on the account so we can confirm your identity.

We confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number, and saved delivery addresses.
• Your login credentials and app sessions.
• Rider location history, if you used Ifood as a rider.

What we keep, and for how long

Order and payment records are retained in anonymised form for up to 7 years to meet Nigerian accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution requirements. These records are no longer linked to your name or contact details.
